Shor's 5 qubit code

Shor’s code is a Stabilizer code that protects $5$ physical qubits with code $|00000⟩,|11111⟩$ against any single $X$ and $Z$ errors ( Bit flip and Phase Flip). It is generated by: $⟨ZXXZI,XXZIX,XZIZX,ZIZXX⟩$.
