Our body is a machine that needs to be taken care of, as with anything else. These are my guidelines on making sure my body works as well as it can. I do prioritise them in the given order
- Sleep 8 hours a day, with a consistent wake up time
- Eat healthy food
- Exercise
- Build a small solid group of friends you see frequently
The above are easier said than done.
Falling asleep
- Sleep at consistent times
- Don’t use artificial light in the 2 hours before bed
- Exercise ⇒ Shower ⇒ Bed
Miscellaneous
- Don’t sleep in too long on weekends
- Have breakfast with others if possible: we’re social anu
- Matching our sleep hours with the sun being down
