Our body is a machine that needs to be taken care of, as with anything else. These are my guidelines on making sure my body works as well as it can. I do prioritise them in the given order

  1. Sleep 8 hours a day, with a consistent wake up time
  2. Eat healthy food
  3. Exercise
  4. Build a small solid group of friends you see frequently

The above are easier said than done.

Falling asleep

  1. Sleep at consistent times
  2. Don’t use artificial light in the 2 hours before bed
  3. Exercise ⇒ Shower ⇒ Bed

Miscellaneous

  1. Don’t sleep in too long on weekends
  2. Have breakfast with others if possible: we’re social anu
  3. Matching our sleep hours with the sun being down
